A previous barrack of a military school – an almost hundred year old building protected under heritage conservation – was renovated for International University Audentes. The author of the architectural design was Andres Põime, who skillfully managed to reconcile the past and present. He was also the author of the interior design project.
August Kull, the Director of QL Investments Ltd was of extremely great help consulting us how to combine the best products of leading local furniture manufacturers. Thanks to his professional assistance the auditoriums and other rooms were equipped with furniture fitting perfectly the distinguished environment. The consultations were on high professional level as was expected from a specialist who knows well the local furniture market and different possibilities of manufacturers. It is also important to emphasize the significant economy of the final solution which we ourselves would never had been able to achieve.
In general I am extremely satisfied with the service and the final solution has earned high praise from interior design professionals as well as our staff, students and visitors.
